At American Suiting, we want you to love every purchase. But if something isn’t right — whether it’s a size issue, a slight variation in design, or a color difference — you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide two clear photos: one showing you wearing the item, and another showing the collar tag.
- Explain the issue clearly (wrong size, color difference, wrong item, defect, or any other valid reason).
⚠️ Please note: Requests made after 30 days of receiving your order cannot be accepted.
Refund & Exchange Eligibility
You qualify for a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- No alterations or modifications have been made.
- A valid complaint (wrong item sent, major defect, etc.) is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
You will not be eligible if:
- You purchased multiple items in different sizes to “try them on.”
- The product was custom-made or personalized.
- Tags/labels have been removed.
- The request is based on a change of mind, accidental order, or submitted after 30 days.
Return Shipping & Costs
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Shipping/handling charges (if applied) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Ordered the wrong size? Don’t worry — we’ll send you the correct size. You will need to cover:
- The return shipping cost, and
- The postage cost for reshipping the replacement item (this may vary by item size and weight).

RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number
Once your request is approved, our support team will issue you an RMA number. Please include this number on your return package so we can process your item quickly and efficiently.
Customs Duties
Please note: product prices do not include import duties or taxes. If your country’s customs department applies duties or taxes, those charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. Since customs policies vary worldwide, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Restocking Fees? None at All!
